No waterproofing solutions

Dear Sir,

We had contacted a representative who is affliated with Dr Fix It to help resolve water proofing problems. We had got the water proofing done in April, hoping to have no leakages when the monsoon begins. But from the first drop of rain, we have on going leakages. We were told that there is 5 years guarantee on this. We have been calling the person and the person is extremely rude. He has no interest in solving this problem and doesn't even care when I told him, I will complain to Dr. Fix It. He has said that he would be happy to give me the numbers of his superiors.

We would like some action to be taken against this person and want Dr Fix It to help solve our leakage problem. We can provide the name, address, telephone number of this person. We are extremely affected by this because we have spent a lot of money and we were counting on the brand of Dr Fix It who claim that they have solutions to every leakage problems. Monsoon has just begun in Mumbai and we look forward to some co-operation before this monsoon gets over.
