Smelly dirty water supply for last several months

I am a resident of C 589 New Friends Colony. I have made several complaints in the last few months, directly to DJB staff and through the New Friends Colony Residents Welfare Association, located at Asoka Park.

We have been getting smelly, dirty water for the last several months and this clears for a few days when complaints are made but reverts to supply of smelly water, thereafter.

Kindly instruct the concerned officers to take samples and have the water tested and take remedial action for restoration of clean, potable drinking water at the earliest.

I urge you to take prompt action as this is affecting the health of all residents of this locality.

I hope to hear from you soon about action taken. I hope I am not forced to take action to the next level, though I am right now hoping for urgent and positive action from your level but am desperate enough to approach other organisations and lines of recourse open to me.
