Unauthorised charges!!!

I have just been charged a second time for the amount of $34.99 (weeks apart) i have no idea what the charge is for!!! Especially the second charge!!! The first charge was for Norton anti virus i assumed? The second one... no idea and it was not authorised! They both caused a huge mess with my checking account, i want the monies put back immediately! ~Thomas f keeley-422 Dix ave-Queensbury, NY 12804 (i also would like to say, ive spoken to a lawyer about this, this is a scam!)
