Printing mistake of Pnicode in Driving licence

Hi;

recently I got my driving Driving licence from RTO pune,

It is found that thier is a printing mistake in my PIN number

kindly help me how can I correct my PIN no. in my licence

I already submit my address proof along with my application.

but still it is happened. And driving school demand to give Rs.300 extra to correct the driving licence.

My question is Does it require extra amount for the correction?
