Complain about corruption in scholarship by college

Espectd sir,

im student of dr.k.n.m.i.e.t persuing b.tech.sir here in college there are many irregularities regarding students scholarships given by samaj kalyan vibhag.the person (sachin goyal) whom college appointted to look the work of student scholarship shows high level of corruption.students had given the college the extra fees for scholarship (bribe) demanded by college.but now also if a student is having any queries regarding scholarship they meet with the official (the person appointed by college to look after scholarship) then he demands more money to solve the students problem.infact many students whose forms were rejected by samaj kalyan due to incompleteness and asked to resubmit by the date they given.but the problem is that mr. sachin goyal is not resubmitting the form and demanding for some more money for submitting.sir im from farmer family by father struggled alot to pay the fees.now im and similar to me tere are many who face this harrashment of college.college officials are not hearing anything instead they will reduce my internal marks if i warned them that i will complain to out side authorities.

sir its my humble reques to you solve my problem i request you not to disclose my name to college authorities they will reduce my internal marks.and i request you to take action against college and against sachin goyal.
