Greetings

My name is Bilal Ahmed Wani. I reside at srinagar Kashmir. My dictor advised me for karyotyping test. So i approached Dr Lal Path Labs srinagar collection centre for the same. After collecting the sample and recieving the amount in advance the gave me a recipt written on it is 29th July as report collection date. Whe I called up the centre they told me that my report is ready but its in courrier and call again tomorrow morning. I need this report urgently because my wife is pregnant and my doctor needs this report so that we can decide wther she should carry the pregnancy or not. Now that they have not delievered the same as told by them I request your kind self to take appropriate action against them so that they dont repeat it in future. If they charge us for serveice then its their duty to deliever.

Hope action will be taken against the to set a precedent
