Denial of Report by the franchisee (LAB No 7324137)

We have paid payment via Receipt No 30196 dated 29/04/08 for Rs. 220/- towards Blood Sugar P.P and Fasting.

Since patient is suffering from Dementia, Diabtes, High Blood Pressure and condition is very serious they are not displaying and handing over the report. We have to continue medication if something happens to the patient, I request you to please take up the case and help. Thanks
