Unethical conduct - Warding off from duties

Dear Team,

I would like to bring forward this case in front of you and like to expose this so called doctor, Dr. Ravi Mohan, who is a general practitioner in Rohtak, Haryana.

This man shows his back everytime anyone faces a medical emergency. He is running a private clinic at Rohtak and whenever any patient faces an emergency situation and comes to him for treatment, he straightaway refuses and refer them to PGIMS which in itself is a butcherplace with absolutely no medical attendants.

I strongly believe that IMA should act strongly against so called only daytime doctors and ward off from their degrees.

There has to be some plarform so that such people should be exposed in front of the public for the wrong oaths they take when a prestigious medical degree is awarded to them.

I also know that nothing will be done against such people and they will continue to enjoy their lifes as they have been doing.

Still I would like to bring this in front of the committee and strongly recommedn that strict action should be taken against such fake doctors.
