Non compliance of the order issued by The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Thane, Maharashtra

This refers to the order NO.139/08 dated 22/01 issued by The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (Collector Office, Room No.214, IInd Floor, Thane, Maharashtra) in view of the complaint no.2.

The above complaint filed the Complainant Dr. Rajit Ramchandra Upadhyaya was dismissed by the Honourable President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum vide above referred order. The Forum has directed the Complainant Dr. Rajit Ramchandra Upadhyaya to pay compensation of Rs.1000/- to each of the following opponents -

1) Shri V. Subramaniam

2) Shri Bhaskar D. Malpure

3) Shri Mangesh R. Nagle

However, the Complaintant Dr. Upadhyaya has not complied with the order issued by the Consumer Forum, Thane. Two reminder letter were sent to the District Consumer Forum, but there is no response from the Hon'ble District Consumer Forum, Thane as well as Dr. Upadhyay.
