Not giving our KSIC saree Back even after many days!

We suspect something might have happened to our saree. instead of removing few small paint marks, he initially decolored those patches. It looked really BAD!! it is an expensive KSIC saree. he again told to put color to the saree which would be charged. we agreed to it also.

But, till date he has not returned our saree back. when asked, he keep saying to return it sometime later.

On repeated enquires, we get rude answers from him. It has really made us upset. Kindly help us out and give us right guidence. please take serious action against the dry-cleaner,
