Dear Mr. K. Viayan,

Good morning. I being a responsible citizen made a complaint of an unauthorised construction taking place at A-8/107, sector 18, above Gurudwara since 21st. December' but no action till date has been taken. I even tried to call you number of times but could not happen to speak to you.

I would like to bring to your notice that no body from MCD did even attended this call, nobody bothrered to visit the site.

Here are the complain details.

Complain # 2320 dtd. 21st. December' 2008

complain # 2440 dtd. 2nd. Jan' 2009

Complain # 2471 dtd. 6th. Jan' 2009

Further to state that this is not a small thing going, they are building a floor on DDA flat roof top which is completely illegal. Onething more the ground floor is a Gurudwara and there are no walls, so this entire building is just on pillars, it becomes very risky and the entire building can fall at anytime causing serious injuries or may be even death.

Kindly look into this matter urgently and please have someone visit the site and see by themselves.
