Non responsive and carelessness of Hyundai deale

I had purchased Hyundai i10 in May and took delivery on 15th May 1009. I had paid Rs3500/ extra towards registration charges (I had exchaged my old car Maruti 800). Now it is more than three months till now I donot have any paper (except insurance policy) that I can claim the car is mine. It is total irresponsible employees and management of DSC Hyundai. When I send compliant letter to Hyundai head office at New Delhi, they just forward the compliant to DSC Hyundai. Now I am regretting why I had moved from Maruti to Hyundai. But I like the i10 car it is an excellent car, uncomparable to Maruti A-star, but support from the Hyundai dealer DSC Hyndai-Chennai in particular is very very bad. It is unfortunate Hyundai is taking these types of dealers. DSC Hyundai may argue that this is not even 1% of their total customers, but I argue if the failure rate is 1%, that dealer is not worth retaining.
