Not keeping their Commitments

Recently I bought Hyundai i10 in DSC Hyndai Showroom - Iyyappanthangal. When the time of booking they are talking very polite and like Honey. After book my CAR they just forgot me and they are not at all calling also. I called so many times and asking for all the details.

like Sun Film, When the time of booking the Executive committed and when the time of delivery The Sales Manager told, Sir because of Rain I am not able to do the Sun Film work, please give the CAR some other day for that work. After One week I asked for that work that time The Manger saying very cool Sir that is not under our committed accessories and he is talking very bad manner.

If such a big Show room like DSC Hyundai they are doing like this means, I dont know how the people will trust such a dealer.
