I was literally frustrated and dejected by the attitude of the DSC Hyundai service center at Saidapet in Chennai. I had a temperature shooting problem in my Santro and was advised by the Hyundai emergency mobile service person that it is a minor leakage issue which should be sorted out in half a day's time with approx charges (Rs.1500/-). Since, DSC service center was closer to my place I went to leave my car for repair. As i had already the complaints on myhand, the person who evaluated it said it may take 2 days and roughly 4000/- would be charged. I said not to change anything without my prior permission. The next day they called me to get my approval for various changes like breakline, wheel cylinders etc.. which was not my original complaint for heating. They even frightened me that if not changed it may pose a problem. They quoted 4500/- overall. I said Ok. in the afternoon they called me again and said the fan motor had gone wrong and additionally 4500/ would be charged. And finally when I went to pick up the vehicle the overall charge was over 10000/- for which they were not able to account for it properly. The attitude of the staffs was worst. I checked with KUN Hyundai and for the same replacements the charge was far better low. Therfore, please do not go to DSC Hyundai for any service as they are trying to milk money as much as possible from the customers and the service and attitude of the staffs were pathetic.
