PF claim not received

Hi sir, I worked for one company called DSC Motor Pvt Ltd., 399, Annasalai, Nandanam, Chennai-35 from 2002 to 2006. I have resigned the company due to some personal problem. And i called that company asking for my PF amount, but there is no response. Atlast, i went to the PF office directly and submitted my PF forms. My PF number is TN/40838/63 and my claim ID is TNMAS101200009549-63.My PF forms are submitted on 7/12.As soon as i got one message from PF office saything that your PF forms are processed. And very next day, i got one sms stated that your PF claims are rejected/returned, please contact your Employer. Due to some personal problem only i resigned my company, then how can i contact my employer. Kindly i request you to look into the matter and see that i get my dues at the earliest.
