Non maintenance, misdeed and Non compliance

This is with regards to Toll collection at Milestone 42 and Huge traffic Jam at Honda chowk and Service Road drainage system which is not being maintained since operation.

The Company is just believe in Toll collection only and making us fool. They are not bothered at all how the commuters are suffering. After 1-2 hours queue at Honda chowk we people pay the Toll for the same road. The service Road from Rajiv Chowk to Toll Plaza is in worst condition and Company is not bother to repair it. Why??? Because we stupid commuters are so innocent we are just bearing the pain and after that paying the Toll also. This is really ridiculous.

Why this harassment? Why NHAI is not taking any action against this company.

Why???

Who can take the action against this harassment, this negligence, this theft and this non compliance the CA (concession Agreement)??? This is the part of National Highway-8.
