DSC Motors, Hyundai car and RTO
Non delivery of car registration documents

I purchased a Hyundai i10 model Era in April from DSC Motors, Nandanam.

I got the delivery on 14- April.

The engine no. G4HG9M749533 Chasis no. MALAM51BR9M320184

The registartion was done on 13-04. The registration no.is TN 06 - 2419.

I PAID FULL PRICE FROM MY OWN PERSONAL SOURCES AND I DID NOT TAKEN ANY LOAN OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Even after 5 months DSC Motors have not given me the registration documents. When I enquire they give very vague and evasive replies. After many follow up, finally I was asked by DSC to follow up with the RTO directly.

This is highly irregular and irresponsible. It has become a punishment for me.

I suspect some malpractice or illegal deal by DSC Motors. It is possible that they might have used my registration papers for some illegal purpose.

Those of my colleagues who purchased other cars like Chevrolet Spark or Maruti Zen Estilo much later than me, got their papers within 1 month. Those who purchase cars in Kerala get their RC book just within 3 days.

I strongly suspect that definitely DSC motors is indulging in some malpractice at the expense of the customers.

I wonder whether I should approach the police or the judiciary to find out exactly what is the foul play DSC Motors is doing.
