Re Imbursement Of Broken CAR Windshield

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a regular user of Gurgaon Toll Bridge since the last 5 months.

In Nov The Boom Barrier fell on my car wind screen, even though the scanner had detected and debited my TAG (I moved only after the light was green).

I lodged a complaint Complaint Number: ETC/KM24/NOV08/030 against my Car No DL 3C AJ 5349 (Indica) and was assured that I will get a reimbursement against the expenses.

It been almost 6 Months but I am yet to hear from them on their own.

Upong my Calling them, I have been given different numbers, but never a resolution.

I have submitted the Bill for CAR windscree for Rs 3099/= along with the photocopy of Complaint on their Complaint book.

Request you to help me in getting the same ASAP.
