Never work under Marketing Div (T & R)

Hey Guys,

Unfortunately i got the opportunity to work in the marketing Division (T & R). I have to report the GM-Marketing. It about 1year, that guys never talk about the development off the person who are working, He knows only back and forth of his senior.

He did MBA from some Bikaner and both technical and professional knowledge =0.00.

Yes, he know one thing= only MIS, nothing else. he does not know productivity, improvement of personnel, finishing the work as per the defined procedure.

Lingering the work, scolding to the juniors with reason or make reason and doing only politics.

GOD forbids.

It is not my personal view, if the entire team views. No guts to find what is right or wrong.

Some body rightly says “Some body get the post by Choice and some body get the post by Chance" -He is one of them who got it by Chance.

Well.. I am looking for Change.. but i can say if you are not in job then for the sake of job its ok to join but as career... HE RUINS THE CAREER"..
