CHEATED FOR PROVIDING MAID FOR HOUSE HOLD JOB

I was looking for a full time maid, and through tochtel we came to know about too many recruitment agencies and finally we (me and my husband) gave Rs. 5000/= to a recruitment agency (name D.S. Infinity recruitment pvt. ltd., Goregaon (W)) for this purpose. Mr Santosh collected cheque from our house and after a week they sent a maid which we had finalized and from next day she has started working but after 3 months she told us that she wouldn't be able to continue as she has got engaged. next day i informed DS infinity company about this and ask them for replacement and after 3-4 days she left. after that everyday and evening I enquired about maid and everytime people in that company (Rupali, Mukesh, Uttam) said that they will arrange maid in next 48 hrs. after fifteen days they sent one lady, one girl but both of them were not ready to join as there requirements were different. finally Mr Uttam said that we should write an e-mail aasking for refund and after which within 15 days we'll get our money. but from last one month we are waiting for there call and nobody has called us back.
