Not geeting payment from ATM. but deduct from account

Dear sir

At your ATM which is At Shirur Dist. Pune. At 8/5/09 18.45pm from my DCB account i want to widrol the ammount Rs.10000, For that i compet all formylits But i cant gate payment. next day when i check my balance, from my account Rs, 10000 amount is less.

My DCB account is at M.J. road pune and no is 04810500025258.

So i request u solve my problem.
