Bad response fro icici credit card dept

From last few month i m calling the icici credit card dept for add change & correct statement to my updated add, but still they have not change my add after calling 2-3 times & when i asked them about my outstanding they are saying 2600rs, against my transaction to 800 rs, I m not geeting this from last 6 months, Now i m saying that why that much charge they are saying it is late fee charge because i have not made the payment on time. ther are not reversing the fee.

They are not respomding us properly.

I thing we all should stand togther & go to consumer court. Thisis not ones problem everybody is facing.
