Provident amount not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

My last employer, DSS Mobile Communications Ltd, (Mobilink) had duly submitted my PF withdrawal forms (Forms No.19 & 10 C) to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner. The company's PF Code No. is "DL-17946/2393".

It was submitted on 04/01, and I'm yet to not receive the remittance in my bank account as indicated in the forms. Kindly help me to go about this business. I'm currently residing in Mumbai and it is physically impossible for me to go and check up on the Nehru Place office.

In Jan I have received an acknowledgement letter from the above said company duly stamped and signed by Regional Provident office, New Delhi.

I'm attaching the above said letter alongwith this letter.
