Pf claim

I am K. Malathi. I wish to inform that I was employed in D.S.S. Mobile Communications Limited during the period from 21st February to 2nd June. As of now I didn’t received my PF amount (PF account no. DL/17946/4478). Regarding this I already sent a letter to P.F. Commissioner and I received reply stating that they received my pf claim form, but i didnt get any information upto august then i wrote another letter also and i got a reply on 30th August stating that my claim has been returned to the establishment on 19th October as my father’s name differ with records. Regarding that I asked with the establishment and I didn’t get any proper reply on this so I sent a letter to P.F. Commissioner on 14th October with copy of Transfer Certificate and the employer pay slip as a proof for my father’s name. After I sent this letter I didn’t received any information or correspondence regarding this.

I sent 2 email to acc_epfnz@yahoo.co.in and cpfc-epfo@nic.in reg my pf settlement but i didnt get proper reply. Now can you guide me what can i do to get my pf settlement.
