One of my urgent document was booked from Patna for Jamshedpur (K31809826) on 12.11.2008 and I have not received it till date. The local guy having his shop at sector market has misplaced it. Though my phone number was written on that letter, they have not even bothered to call me. I am working so it is not possible for me to be at home always to receive the courier. Its moral responsibility of the person coming to deliver to make a call.on enquiry the guy at sector market just said -- hum kya karega??? aapko jissi man kare complain kariye..hum kuch nai jante... these were his line. Please do not book you courier via DTDC to avoid mental and physical harresment.
