Dear Sir,

I submitted a packet to send to USA on 24 Jun 09 to one of DTDC branch in BTM LAYOUT, 2ND STAGE, BANGALORE. They collected the charges and packet of some essential medicines to send it to my Brother staying in Madison, Wisconsin, USA, along with the Doctors valid prescription and purchase voucher.

There committment was to deliver the packet within 4 days of time. Which did not happen.

I tried to track the Airway Bill - N92582041 for that packet from their website on 27 Jun 09 and did not get any information for that. Since then I have been calling repeatedly and writing emails to their customer service department and they are simple keeping on liying that this will be updated in next few hours and delivered in time.

I have talked to one of their customer support executive &-quot;Divya"- ph-080-30080107, and she has given same kinds of false committments but written a couple of email also to me asking me the same quostions again and again even after receiving the the scanned copy of the billing receipt.

Please do the need ful.
