Non Delivery of the consignmnet

The consignmnet was booked through your office at adarsh nagar jalandhar (ZE-270) vide receipt no z97769367 dt. 7.9.2009 for destination MOHALI (Pb.) with a promise that it will be delivered on next day i.e 8.9.2009 but till date not delivered. I regret to inform yoy that Your representatives dealing at the above office are too much non-cooperative, their behaviour towards the customers is very rude. More over they are not ready to provide the address of delivery office at Mohali.you are requested to please let me know the delivery office at your mohali station so that the same can be taken from them personally.
