NONN DELIVERY OF CONSIGNMENT

Dear sir,

we sent one consignment through DTDC from Kalamboli to Nagpur on 24.03.2009

D 01212097. CONSIGNMENT WEIGHT 140 KGS

PAID CHGS OF RS. 4, 900.00 FOR THE SAME TO DTDC

WE MADE SO MANY TIMES FOLLOW UP AT KALAMBOLI -{ MR. GIRISH } 27424810, 9324509292.

but no proper response.

we come to know on 03.04.2009 that DTDC sent through Gati on 30.03.2009!!

NOW TILL TODAY i.e. 4.4. no feedback. where is our cosignment.?

why they booked our consignment? why they send through Gati?

from 24 to 30 th march where is our consignment lying?

We made so many complaint to DTDC but no official senior shows courtesy to call us.

WHAT ACTION WE CAN TAKE AGAINST DTDC?
