The courier company failed to deliver a parcel in the US from one yea

The courier company failed to deliver a courier in the US from one year. They declare the courier is missing. That courier contains documents for US visa in 2008 quota. I have paid 900/-Rs. They told it was missing after some time and by that visa processing completed for year 2008. So i told compensate for failure in delivering the parcel. They are not lifting the calls and not giving proper response. Always telling that person is not present and he/she left job etc... they are not making any concreate statment. I was calling them from almost one year, i went to there office couple of times. I have spended huge amount of time for discussing for settlement. According to my personel opinion they must be fined huge, then only they do there job properly. They have wasted my time and my US visa futhure. Parcel contains of documnets for visa. Incident happens in bangalore. Air way bill number N91911114.
