Worst form of service I ever witnessed in DTDC. I had concern with my consignment No-B61078999

I sent a parcel on 6 /4//10 to one of my friends in Karnataka Bihar through DTDC. The parcel contained a couple of Xerox document. I paid Rs 40 towards the courier service fee and was told that the parcel would reach the destination in a couple of days all ready two week over but still not delivered when I call to customer care she is saying your packet is delivered when i confirmed him where he delivered then I come to know that my parcel is delivered on wrong place.
