Document not delivered

I had couriered (from mumbai to udaipur) one very important document via dtdc courier (doc no m51046200) which contained doctors prescription and medical reimbursement bill of one cancer pateint.

This was couriered on 22 april from mumbai and i was assured to deliver the same by 23 april but till date there is no update about the whereabouts of the documents.

I have been calling, mailing to various persons but for vain.

this is again a big question mark on the services offered by your esteemed organisation.

I wish to use the worst words which i have ever learnt in my life but for the sake of my upbringing am holding them.
