DTDC Courier say we Lost your Consignment

Dear Sir,

I am really aghast with the type and level of service a reputed company like DTDC is providing. I had sent a very important parcel for my brother in MANIPAL on 18th August through DTDC courier, Consignment No - K30683972. Its been 5 days now and the whole package is "untraceable". The DTDC, Ranchi branch says they are trying to find my parcel, it is untraceable and further more says that we have lost your consignment. I am really astonished that DTDC which is considered one of the best in the industry in terms of service has lost my parcel and they can't even trace it.

The parcel is very important and if its not delivered, it will cause huge financial and mental harassment to me.

Kindly do the needful and take strict action against the defaulters.
