1) I have booked my cylinder on 26/06 thru Ref No. 22890052 on their site. But still I don't get my cylinder. When I had inquiry on Saturday of agency, staff did not gave me proper reply, they just told me that, cylinder will be delivered today (Saturday). But still result is same.

This thing is not done for first time, but it’s done every time. My home is around 15 km away from agency, I have to take leave from office if I have to visit agency.

I have doubt that delivery boys are sales cylinder in black to hotels, restaurants and other people and in thins things agency staff is also involved.

2.1) More important things is that contacts number of branch which are mentioned by company on website is wrong, because 079-27493898 is allotted to local person, who is also suffering as receiving lots of calls daily from customers.

2.2) Other number i.e. 079-65132442 which is coming no replay every time, sometimes nos comes busy, but as once number comes free next minute call become no reply. I think staff using these lines for just personal use only.

2.3) Other number i.e. 9426510140 of Mr. D R Singh, also comes not reachable everytime.

You are requested to look into matter and solve it, because this is not only my problem, all other customer also suffering from this problem.
