My laptop battery is not charging

After three month of purchasing a laptop its battery stop charging. I went to the dealer but instead of solving my problem they directed me to Service center of hp i.e RT OUTSOURCING, i went there they keep my laptop for 1 day (5/4-6/4) and returned back. without solving my problem...

then i call a person named as HARISH who is a manager (RT OUTSOURCING) he also didn't solve my problem and extend the date that your problem was solved on this date but now on 17/4 he gave me the number that is 1800112267 and tell me that you talk on this number and get information from them.

i call a person attending me named as TARUN who gave me the number of a person named as MR.SANTOKH SINGH his number was 01246719150 and ask him for my quries. on monday.

as i m a student so it is difficult for me to use my laptop. IF HP DOESN'T SOLVE MY PROBLEM I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND MY YOUNGER BROTHERS TO BUY HP LAPTOPS.

I am finding my self helpless. Please look in to matter personally and help me.
