Incomplete and defective items

Dear sir,

i had booked a product on 11 sep, vide order no 110798584 .after a long wait it was finally delivered on 01 oct. the courier rep told me that within 24 hrs someone will come for installation . however no one has come so far . today when i opened the pack, to my horror i found that as advertised fm tuner card is not their at all . further, one out of the five speakers provided is not working at all.

i m in a dilleima whom to contact and how to get the defective items replaced.

i also want to place on record that i m utterly dissappointed with the product and the whole experience of shopping with indiatimes.

can someone at appropriate level address my complint and quick action be taken.
