Cutting of balance

I had fill up balance of 10 rs on 25 th aug & after 1 hrs try to call but it shows me that u have insufficient balance in your account when i approach to customer care then they replied me that i had use gprs & in that my balance was cut but in reality my phone doesn't support tothe gprs & for that ihad complain it to yr customer care with complain no.107727929 but they replied me that your balance cut in gprs sir

due to this iam really dissatisfied so, please do inquary on this & give me suitable reply

before this ihad fillup balance of 1oo on 9-8 & my 90 rs was cuted in this gprs refrence ehen i had call to yr customer care & that person says me that he had register my complain & gives false complain no.so please check yr company what's going on there &sir now, i am sure that from from yr companysome one is doing this kind of thefting the balance this card is on my father name
