Duplicate power windows installed

Sir,

I purchased my car from CM AUTO SALES located in Ropar (punjab) but I live in Ludhiana. I asked them to install my car with original accessories but they installed duplicate power window of some other company. I came to know about duplicacy when my car's power window broke down and i sent my car to maruti dealer in ludhiana for repair but they refused by giving me the reason that power window is not of maruti and will not repair them. I lodged my complaint three times and complaint numbers are as follows

1st complaint was launched on 4th of May and no. is 5068133250

2nd complaint was launched on 11th may and provided me with new no.4236572861

then after 2 days wen i got no response i complained in regional office and i got answer that i will get a call from a dealer. Dealer response was that the power window they installed was maruti recommended and the reasons they were giving to me were useless and then after some days i checked my report status i got shocked when i came to know that my complaint was closed.then i got a new complaint no.1544875310 still no response.my demand is that my power windows should be replaced with original.
