PF withdrawal claim not processed

Hi,

PF number: KN/BN/24846/6919

I submitted withdrawal form on Feb, by april when I followed up I was told that the forms have been lost and that I need to resubmit them again.

They assured me that they will process this on a "urgent basis". I submitted another by 16-April every month I follow up with the concerned case worker (Mr. Nagraj) and he says just one thing "Next month it should get processed".

Till date there is no progress, not sure if I will ever get my money
