Non service by the vendo

I have bought nokia E-71 on 3rd Nov. When I approached your nokia gallery called Magnet telelinks near mulund station asking to activate the 3 months free navigation service offered by the set, my request was abruptly turned down asking me to contact the dealer from whom I had purchased the set. I always believed nokia through it's wide spread centres caters to all their customers satisfactorily irrespective of the regional boundaries. I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently. You will appreciate that I have been consistently using only nokia cell phones since last 15 years.
