Improper service and bad treatment at customer care

I had purchased my Nokia E-75 at a handsome price and expect good services to be delivered by the company as well as the product, but i am shocked when my 2 months old set got out of order i was asked to wait for 15 days to get it repaired and not replaced, secondly the misbehavior of people at NOKIA service centre is shocking as if they are doing me a favour by repairing the set, being a business phone as the company made me to believe you should understand my business can't wait for 15 days and since i have paid a handsome price i do expect some priority to be given i have always been a nokia user starting from its 3310, 6600, 7610 mobile phones but for the first time when i had to get my phone repaired i felt really sorry that i did not get a Blackberry atleast the people treat you well when you pay a good price.
