I am not satisfied with refrigerator repai

I called up justdial to find out about refrigerator repairers and they patched my call through to Eagle Service Centre at Juhu. My complaint which was regarding non cooling of my refrigerator was attended to after an estimate of Rs. 1700 was given with one year s guarantee.

I paid the money, but the refrigerator still did not cool. The person then said there was something else wrong and asked for more money. He filled gas. Again it did not work. I did not pay, asking for time to check. It still did not cool.

Then he came again and said it was a more serious problem and would cost me at least Rs. 2000 more. Forget about the guarantee which they gave, they don t even pick up the phone anymore.

When I posted a bad review in just dial s site, they did not even publish it. I feel cheated and conned because the whole thing went on for more than a month.
