Non delivery of subscribed newspape

I Had subscribed to the EARLY TIMES Newspaper of JAMMU City for 6 months with the representative from Early Times office.

Newspaper came for 1 month and then stopped. My tele complaint with the Newspaper costs me money but no response. even my email complaint was not responded.

I am annoyed because newspaper is needed to be responsible, it it a vital surviving pillar of our Democracy.
