Non availability of reservation in internet as well as reservation counter at Stations

Sir,

When we check the reservation status in Indian Railways especially in South Eastern Railways it is astonishing to statate that the accommodation in internet as well as in railway station counter will not be available. However if any one approach the broker stationed at Visahapatnam the accommodation will be available by charging extra amount. If any one approaches the T.T.E of the concerned train he will provide the berth in railways by charging huge amount. In this process the TTEs are becoming very rich at the cost of General Public by virtue of their position in Railways. How is it possible. There will be nexus between Local Railway Authorities and Local Brokers who are enriched at the cost of general public and with the employee status in India Railways. Why the government is keeping mum despite knowing the facts published in dail news papers. No person in Indian Railways take acton against the culprits. How long this trend continues. Why the Government mechanism failed in controlling black marketing the railway tickets. The middle men are enriched at the cost of general public. I request the railway authorities to take necessary action to arrest and control the mischiev played by the middle men (brokers as well as TTEs)
