Delay in Connection

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that our company EASTERN MICROPOR PVT.LTD (No. 2621-1653) had applied for a new broadband connection to your Uluberia Exchange and we got user ID and password from your office. Also a new modem provided by your office on 09.07.2008. But it was found that broadband could not be connected for linking problem. This is a matter of very regret our company lodged a complaint over telephone several times, and contact with Mr. Senapati, Uluberia Telephone Exchage (2661-1015) but till date no action seems to have been taken to rectify the defect. Our telephone 2621-1653 is working as tellefax. Maximum time telephone 2621-1653 remains out of service and hence no communication can be made to our customers and business is affected. It is a age of E-mail for cheaper & quicker communication and hence we applied for broadband connection. We need your kind help for proper service of telephone & broadband connection, since our business is badly effected for communication with our customers.
