The AC Chair Car in 2827 HWH PRR has all broken seats since last two years

I commute weekly between Kolkata and Purulia for the last 11 years by train no 2827, PRR- HWH. The condition of the AC coach is absolutely dilapidated. Most of the chairs do not remain erect and one has to travel all these 6 hours in an intolerable reclined manner which is harmful for any aged person. Today as I write this mail I am travelling in the train and to my dismay the seat no. 50 which is broken fell nearly on me along with the person siiting on it. The person barely escaped injury. My seat no 51 do not lock either and it is extremely painful and such travel always ends up in severe back pain.

We were happy last week when a new compartment was given but it is frustrating to see that today the old bogie no : 858151 is back once agian.

We do not demand much but a little bit of justice and request that the same facility be provided as one would get by paying heftily for an AC Chair car travel.

I am a Loyalty card holder of Railways too and hope this request of mine would not land up in deaf ears.
