Terminal & DP running without certificate

Respected sir/madam,

My father Sri Suresh Chandra Das is a client of East India Securities LTD (siliguri branch). His client code is 4942.i want to complain that the dealers of this branch are working here without any NCFM certificate and they have no knowledge about this market. When ever my father wants to trade in securities they do wrong trades, they even traded many times without my fathers concent in my father's account., and the branch manager forced my father to sign the contract note. Again they transferred securities from pool account to my father's DP account after requesting several times. Again they don't have even "Depository Participant", certificate. They also never give holding statement on demand.

So i request you to take necessery steps regarding my complain.
