MUMBAI CHENNAI JOURNEY THROUGH KONKAN RAILWAY

Since last 15 years time and again passengers have complained about God Forsaken journey between Mumbai and Chennai. I was going through a latest time table effective July.By Mumbai Mail one can reach chennai from Mumbai in two nights and one day. The distance is 1250 Kilometers and time taken is 30 hours. it is surprising to note that if we travel in Konkan railway during non monsoon hours. we can reach chennai from mumbai through mangalore in 32 hours. The distance traversed is 2000 Kilometers.

What a pity, Indian Railways states that If we touch our nose directly or if we touch our nose by moving our hand through our head it will taking same time? or Does the Indian Railways wants chennai travellers to enjoy konkan route journey?
