I placed my demand in morning at 8.45 a.m.the cab reported at 10.45

that too after upteem number of calls., phone exe Mr. Amarpreet had the audacity to give me reason of delay

as traffic jam at safdarjung fly over, but on checking with the proxy

driver Mr rajkumar (he was not the driver instead his friend/relation

was driving without the permit and licence putting your vehcle and my

life at risk), it was told that the driver is at ashram crossing and

has been informed only at 10.25 a.m

Your organisation get full marks for deciet and hoodwinking the coutmer.

The driver was unable to give me the bill. Ultimatly I had to prepare

the bill my self.

Can i see some action against the driver and the Mr. Amanpreet and by when?
