Easy Cabs
False Confirmation

I booked an easy cab to Domestic airport at 7:30 to Miss Priya and i was told to wait for confirmation by sms or a call back in case of non availability. I called back again at 8:00 as there was no response and I was the assurance that the Cab number 6405 as well as Drivers's name Sumit Kumar would be responsible for the service and to my utter shock, he did not turn up and said he had no such order. My husband had to catch the flight.

I called up Easy Cabs number 43434343 again to find out what is the matter but no response form their side.

How could I lodge a complaint against the callous attitude of the Easy Cabs
