Wrong Counters

I was at your Vaishali "Bada" Easy Day today at around 5pm. I purchased 3 items and stood in the queue for 5 items or less billing counter, the billing counter guy was accepting more than 10 items there, when I enquired he said he was helpless. I complained to customer service as I had waited 45 mins for my turn and there were customers served in the queue for more than 10 items as well, the customer service person did not help me and said "this is how it happens here" you better stand in queue... what? I should wait for another hour for just 3 items, imagine... how many customers who just want to buy 3 items..may go to other superstores and though a small share... you stand to lose the market. Please look into it and provide good customer service.
